Terms & conditions:

A $25 deposit is required to confirm your booking (non-refundable if booking cancelled within 7 days of your event) and remaining total amount must be received on the balance due date stated on your confirmation form, not any earlier. Failure to pay balance is deemed as a cancellation unless previously arranged with us.

Sorry, cash not accepted. All payments to be made via online banking.

Hire period is 48 hours on most weekend bookings, Friday setup & Sunday collection, unless pre-arranged. We will advise if we need to do the setup on a Saturday as early as we can - our week day commitments differ week to week.

Teepee Treats will discount $10 per teepee for customers able to provide their own mattress, fitted sheet, pillow & case - mattress MUST be a single sized foam one, NOT an airbed - this is non negotiable, airbeds are significantly smaller and will affect the overall look we are trying to achieve.

Our setups start in the morning and are done between 9am to 1pm - please put arrangements in place for someone to let us in to your property if you can not be there yourself - a more exact timeframe will be allocated the week of your party.

We strongly recommend all lighting be turned off overnight as part of health & safety guidelines.

Please avoid eating meals and consuming drinks on the bedding and no markers, pens, other colouring items, glow sticks or pets to be in the teepees.

Please ensure your allocated space is clear of furniture and floor clean prior to our arrival.
